Autora's website grew faster than search engines could keep up with. Before deploying Indexly, the team faced four compounding problems at once:

• ~1,500 pages were not indexed by Google despite being live and linked.
• All site images and videos were missing from the index — large parts of the visual content for cosmetic procedures and patient stories were invisible to search.
• The 8-language multilingual setup was not being detected. EN / AR / RU / UK / IT / FR / RO / TR pages existed but search engines were not recognising them as distinct localised versions.
• Sitemap handling was entirely manual. Every content update meant regenerating and re-submitting a sitemap by hand. In practice it rarely happened on schedule.

Indexly replaced the manual sitemap workflow with a fully automated discovery pipeline tailored to a multilingual medical-tourism site:

• Continuous crawling of the entire site, including all 8 languages and the custom admin-managed service modules.
• Automatic detection of new service pages, doctor profiles, locations, and language variants as they go live.
• All site images and videos surfaced inside the generated sitemap so cosmetic procedure visuals and patient-story media reach the index.
• Hosted on a permanent CDN-backed URL — submit once to Google Search Console, never re-upload.
• Zero manual sitemap work going forward. The clinic team can focus on patient acquisition and content; discovery runs in the background.

1. Audit existing indexing coverage in Google Search Console — identified roughly 1,500 pages that Google did not know about, plus the missing image/video and multilingual coverage.
2. Connect Autora's site to Indexly and configure crawling for all 8 languages of the platform.
3. Run the first full crawl. Indexly discovered every internal link, every localised URL, every image asset, and every video page in a single pass.
4. Submit the Indexly-hosted sitemap URL to Google Search Console — a single one-time submission of a permanent URL.
5. Continuous re-crawl on schedule. New doctor profiles, services, locations, and language pages flow into the sitemap automatically — no further submissions, no manual upload.

After Indexly was deployed, indexing coverage and Search Console performance improved substantially:

• ~1,450 of ~1,500 previously unindexed pages are now indexed. Roughly 50 problematic URLs remain and are being investigated.
• All site images and videos are now indexed.
• All 8 languages are fully recognised by Google: EN / AR / RU / UK / IT / FR / RO / TR.
• New pages and language variants are automatically discovered on every scheduled re-crawl.
