Refund Policy

1. Free Plan

The Free plan has no charges and requires no refund consideration.

2. Paid Subscriptions — Cancellation

You may cancel your paid subscription at any time from the Billing page in your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain full access to all plan features until that date. No partial refunds are issued for the unused days of the current period unless you qualify under our refund eligibility policy below.

3. Refund Eligibility

We offer a full refund within 7 days of your initial subscription payment if you are not satisfied with the service. Refund requests made after 7 days of the initial payment are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed. Refunds are not available for renewal payments on active subscriptions.

4. How to Request a Refund

Email [email protected] with your account email address and the reason for the refund request. We respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days by our payment processor, Lemon Squeezy.

5. Add-on Purchases

One-time add-on purchases (Site Config Pack, Extra Site Slot, crawl credit packs) are non-refundable once consumed. Unconsumed credits or add-on entitlements may be refunded within 7 days of the original purchase date upon request.

6. Annual Plans

Annual plan refunds are prorated: if you cancel within 30 days of your annual payment, we will refund the unused months. Cancellations after 30 days of an annual payment are not eligible for a prorated refund; access continues until the end of the annual period.
