1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using indexly, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service. Your continued use of indexly following any updates to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Description of Service

indexly provides automated website crawling and XML sitemap generation as a hosted service. We crawl only the URLs you explicitly provide and host your generated sitemap on our CDN (Cloudflare R2) at a permanent public URL. The service is provided on a subscription basis with tiered plan limits.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must not share your account with others or use the service for any unlawful purpose. You must notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You may only use indexly to crawl websites that you own or have explicit written permission to crawl. You must not use indexly to crawl third-party websites without permission, conduct automated abuse of our platform, scrape our service infrastructure, or attempt server-side request forgery (SSRF) attacks. Violations of this policy will result in immediate account termination without refund.

5. Subscription & Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually through our payment processor, Lemon Squeezy. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time from the Billing section of your dashboard. Refer to our Refund Policy for details on refund eligibility.

6. Intellectual Property

Your sitemap data and crawled content belong to you. indexly retains no ownership over the data generated by crawling your websites. The indexly platform, brand, software, and documentation remain the intellectual property of indexly and its operators. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our platform without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

indexly is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service interruptions, crawl errors, sitemap inaccuracies, or any other aspect of the service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. We will notify registered users by email of material changes. Continued use of the service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must stop using the service and cancel your subscription.
