Yes. The Free plan is free forever — no credit card required. You get 1 site and up to 500 pages per crawl, with manual crawl only.

Paid plans (Starter, Pro, Agency) are recurring subscriptions billed either monthly or annually. Monthly plans renew each calendar month. Annual plans are charged as a single upfront payment and renew after 12 months. You will receive an invoice email before each renewal. All billing is handled securely through Lemon Squeezy, our payment processor.

All paid plans include a 14-day free trial. During the trial you have full access to every feature on that plan. No charge is made until the trial ends. Cancel before the trial ends and you will never be billed.

Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing settings page. After cancellation, you keep full access until the end of your current billing period — monthly or annual. We do not prorate refunds for unused time on monthly plans; annual plans follow our Refund Policy.

Indexly crawls up to your plan's page limit and generates a sitemap from those pages. No overage charges are applied — the crawl simply stops at the limit. Upgrade your plan or purchase an on-demand credit pack to crawl more pages.

It depends on the add-on. On-Demand Credit Packs (10 or 25 credits) are one-time purchases that never expire. All other add-ons — Daily Crawl, Extra Site Slot, Site Config Pack, Priority Queue, and Webhook Notifications — are recurring monthly subscriptions billed separately alongside your main plan.

Free: manual only. Starter: weekly (or daily with the Daily Crawl add-on). Pro and Agency: daily by default, with on-demand crawls available via credits.

Yes — this is the White-label feature on the Agency plan. Your sitemap URL can use your client's own domain (e.g. sitemap.client.com/sitemap.xml) instead of the indexly CDN URL. Each site has its own white-label domain configuration.
